Hi, I recently bought 2 bras from you, on Sunday in fact. A lady helped me “fit” the bras, I believe her name was Crystal, well they’ THE MOST uncomfortable fit I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve bought from you before and loved the bras, she had me buy a cup too big and now I’ve throen receipt and tags away!!! I would like to get the next size smaller cup but I guess I’m stuck with these?!?!

Hello my name is selena. I had the most horrible experience getting sized for the first time. My friend and I were gettin sized at this Victoria secret. The woman pushed me out of the way and told me she didn’t have time to size me and completely ignored me. Before the second woman even sized me she told me “I can guarantee that we do not have anything in your size here but you can always custom order” I know I am a bigger woman than most but I know that there is nothing there that will fit me. I have never been treated so horribly by a place that is supposed to make all women feel good about themselves. You need to fire those women and hire better ones. This is sad.

You would think with stores opening later these days that Victoria’s Secret in the Edgewater mall Biloxi would at least have their hours posted in front of their store. I’ve had three employees just look at me blankly through the doors without one nod or word. Almost all of the Open at 11 AM so you think there would be some acknowledgment. Even their website says they open at 11. Taking my business elsewhere.
